Privacy notice
How VOID JobKit uses information to provide your free workspace. Effective 25 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Ewan Massey, trading as VOID JobKit, operates the service and is responsible for account, security, support and operational information. You control the customer information you enter for your business; JobKit processes workspace records to provide the service. Use Help & contact for privacy requests.
Information used
Firebase verifies sign-in. JobKit uses its stable account identifier to separate private workspaces. Records include business details, customer contacts, jobs, rates, feedback and document snapshots you enter. Support messages store their text, the optional reply email and a reference. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes
Account identifiers and workspace records provide the requested service. Limited operational records and rate limits prevent abuse and help investigate failures. Support messages are used to handle your question or privacy request. Workspace records are not sold or used for advertising.
Providers
Firebase Authentication supplies Google and email/password sign-in. Cloudflare Workers hosts the website and D1 stores workspace and support records. Providers process information under their service and privacy terms, including applicable international processing arrangements. Server access checks keep each workspace separate.
Your device
The demo uses localStorage under void-jobkit-demo-v1. Clearing browser storage removes its sample work. Firebase keeps essential authentication state on your device. Account records are stored on the server. No optional advertising pixels or analytics trackers are included. No payment scripts are loaded.
Retention
Free account records do not expire because of payment history or account age. An explicit deletion request disables editing and schedules workspace removal after 30 days. Minimal account status remains to enforce a completed deletion. Errors are retained for 30 days, aggregate request counts for 90 days and support messages for 90 days. Provider backups follow their own retention schedules, so removal is not instantaneous in backups.
Your choices
Export JSON backups and CSV files in Account. Correct your records and request deletion there. Use Help & contact to ask about access, correction, deletion or other data protection rights. You are responsible for handling requests from customers whose information you entered. You may raise data protection concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. JobKit makes no automated employment, lending or credit decisions.
