Terms of use
A free working tool for your rates, quotes, invoices and jobs. Effective 25 October 2026.
Who provides JobKit
VOID JobKit is operated by Ewan Massey, trading as VOID JobKit. Contact the operator using Help & contact, including for service or privacy requests.
Free access
All normal workspace features are included after Google or verified email sign-in. There are no subscription charges, paid tiers, automatic renewals or payment details to supply. The demo stores sample work only on your device.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login secure, enter only customer information you are entitled to use and keep costs, rates and tax settings accurate. Review documents before sending them. You remain responsible for customer contracts, record keeping and taxes. Contribution figures are working estimates, not audited accounts or final after-tax profit.
Fair use
Per account: 500 jobs, 200 customers, 200 materials, 50 templates, 100 feedback records, 2,000 documents, 4 MB of record data and 40 MB of document snapshots. No attachments. Requests are rate limited. Do not send spam, misuse the service or try to access another person’s records. Owner administration is restricted to the operator.
Availability and changes
The service uses finite free hosting and identity quotas. Outages or quotas may prevent access. Keep your own exports. Features and capacity may change as the service develops; current limits are shown here and in Account. No earnings, uninterrupted availability or unlimited human support are promised.
Ending your account
Export first. A deletion request disables editing immediately and schedules workspace removal after 30 days. Read and export remain available during that period while your login is available. You may separately remove your JobKit sign-in identity; this does not delete your Google account.
Problems and rights
Use Help & contact. Include the relevant job or document reference, never passwords or card details. The operator reviews messages manually. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
